1. Overview

This site (apxk.vercel.app) is built with privacy as a foundation. We collect the minimum data needed to operate and improve the experience, and we never sell personal data — we don't even have any to sell.

2. Data we collect

Analytics (Plausible): We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records only:

• Aggregated page views and unique visitors per day
• Top referrers (e.g. google.com, twitter.com)
• Top countries (derived from anonymized IP, not stored)
• Device type and browser (user-agent string only)

Contact form: When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you entered, sent to a private Discord webhook. We use this solely to respond to your message and do not store it elsewhere. Discord's own privacy policy applies once the data is in their system.

Local storage: Your theme preference (light/dark) and language choice are saved in your browser's localStorage. This never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

3. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. None. The analytics, preferences, and service worker all operate without cookies.

4. Third-party services

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we store no personal accounts or profiles, there is generally nothing to delete. If you have submitted the contact form and want the message erased, contact us and we will remove it from the Discord channel.

6. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be noted on the home page.
